Vladimir Iablokov studied at the University of Culture in Samara, Russia, where his major was Art and Dance. Upon graduating, Vladimir was selected to be a Principal Dancer at the St. Petersburg State Theatre, in Russia, where he worked for 10 years. In 1993, Vladimir became a Principal Dancer at the Ontario Ballet Theatre. From 1996 - 2002, he was an Artistic Director of the Ontario Ballet Theatre. Presently, Vladimir shares his extensive knowledge and expertise with the students of Annex Dance Academy and Bayview School of Ballet.
