VOLUME 1: Pre-Junior / Junior Jazz & Tap
Developed for students between the ages of 6 to 10 years old, Volume One includes Pre-Junior Jazz and Tap syllabus work for the 6 year old, as well as Junior 1, 2 & 3 Jazz and Tap Syllabus work for the 7 to 10 years old. The Volume One work is also motivating and challenging and offers a strong technical foundation for both the younger and teen beginner student.
VOLUME 2: Pre-Intermediate Jazz & Tap
Volume Two introduces the Pre-Intermediate 1, 2 & 3 levels in the Jazz and Tap syllabus work and has been created for the 10 to 14 year old student. This Syllabus work sets and encourages the technical skill levels required to progress forward to a higher level of dance excellence. After successfully completing the Pre-Intermediate 3 Syllabus work, most students would have the training experience and technical ability to successfully enter into a University dance program.
VOLUME 3: Intermediate, Pre-Advanced, Advanced Jazz & Tap
Intermediate 1, 2 & 3 Jazz and Tap levels are created to support the ongoing training and disciplines required to reach a more elite level of dance. This level of advanced achievement will help all serious students develop a stronger sense of style and performance abilities, as well as helping them to maintain the highest standard technical excellence possible. For the professional minded student, the Pre-Advance and Advance work is the way to even greater dance success.
VOLUME 4: Ballet
This is a guided Ballet Syllabus created to support the ADAPT Volume 1, 2 & 3 Jazz and Tap Syllabus work. With 2 Preliminary Grades and 4 class grades it is recommended that two years training be given to each grade/level. The Syllabus work and training supports the Voganava System of Ballet.
VOLUME 5: Junior, Pre-Intermediate, Intermediate Acro/Dance
Although there are no examinations offered for the Volume 5 Syllabus work, the guidelines have been created and introduced to be an extension of the quality training offered in all the other Syllabus Volumes. It supports the disciplines of “Acro-dance” and is a motivating guideline for better stretching, conditioning and technical development along with pictures of acrobatic/gymnastic/dance skills.
